► Length,width and height.

► Angles and perpendicularity.

► Roundness, flatness and other geometric characteristics.

► Position.

► Sharp profiles.

► Surface characteristics

► Edge sharpness.

► Thickness and uniformity.

Liquid Dye Penetrant Testing

Liquid or dye penetrant testing is a non destructive material testing method which uses capillary forces to find surface cracks or pores and make them visible. It can detect surface –breaking flaws such as cracks, laps, porosity.

Radiographic Inspection or X-ray Testing
